Change Proposal 2807, Preprint page 494, A change proposal has been made for the 2007 Edition of the National Electrical Safety Code to coordinate the strength and loading factors within the code. The present factors have been developed at various times and are not consistent. An EXCEL spreadsheet is available for use in developing coordinated factors and comparing them to present factors. Both the proposal and the spreadsheet may be downloaded for your use.
